RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you're not, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.

— How to return —

1. Email us at Blockandloomshop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it.
2. Send the fabric back to us in its original condition — unwashed and uncut — at your own cost.
3. Once we receive it we'll refund your order in full within 5 working days, back to your original payment method.

— Please note —

Returns are accepted on fabric that is unwashed and in the same condition that you recieved it in.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please email us straight away with a photo and we'll put it right immediately.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns as we can't take responsibility for parcels lost in transit back to us.
